Diversity in the Nutritional Values of Some Moringa oleifera Lam. Cultivars

This study aimed to assess the variations in nutritional attributes of thirteen Moringa oleifera cultivars. Leaves from six-month-old plants were harvested and tested for various attributes. There significant (p ≤ 0.05) differences carbohydrates, energy, some sugars, fibre amongst The levels moisture cultivars ranged 7.10% 8.20%.
